Product Review - Magnifier Desk Lamp

The old saw aptly describes this product: "A luxury once sampled becomes a necessity." I've used my Hands-free Magnifier many times over the years for fine cross stitch and grafting tasks and never thought to purchase a magnifying lamp. Recently, however, we inherited one and it proved to be the perfect tool for some grafting of fine stitches at night. Normally I would have waited for daylight for this task, but the Globe Magnifier Desk Lamp made it possible to both pick up the stitches and graft them in the evening, using only the built in 12 W fluorescent bulb.
