The photo shows the position markers for the wrist (last round before hand increases) and the thumb placement. These markers make it easier to measure the critical wrist-to-thumb, and thumb-to-index finger distances. The wrist marker is on the bottom, and the thumb marker on the top. The green yarn is the waste yarn for the thumb opening.
