This week the trees have begun turning yellow along the Paint Creek Trail and the leaves have begun to fall. As a result, more light is filtering through the canopy and you can see for at least a mile. This was an exhilarating, brisk autumn day--jacket weather. None of the dogs cooled off in the creek; no children played in the water, although the ducks were swimming and sunning as usual in Rochester Municipal Park.
