Steps

1. The right hand needle is inserted into the loop below the next stitch of the left hand needle.
2. Place this lifted stitch on the left hand needle in front of the regular stitch.
3. Knit the lifted stitch (images 3, 4 and 5).
4. The last step is to knit the regular stitch.
