11. The first picot has been completed, the loop from step 11 has been returned from the right hand needle to the left hand needle, leaving 3 loops of the original 5. Now a new set of 5 cable casts on is created. The image shows the first of 5 new stitches being drawn through the gap between the two loops right most on the left hand needle.
12. The final image shows this picot edging on an infants sock.
