I wanted a small, compact needle gauge that included the smaller diameters that I frequently use. Many of these small and fractional sizes aren't included on other needle size gauges. I was about to buy drill bits and create my own when I found the Turbo Needlegauge from the Skacel Collection. Turbo Needlegauge, Skacel Inc., Measuring #1137 (Made in Germany). Includes a 1" and 2" demarcations for measuring tension and 20 needle size holes. US & metric sizes are printed on this black plastic gauge that is nominally 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" x 1/16". US/metric sizes include: 000/1.5 mm; 00/1.75 mm; 0/2.0 mm; 2.25 mm; 1/2.5 mm; 2.75 mm; 2/3.0 mm; 3/3.25 mm; 4/3.5 mm; 5/3.75 mm; 6/4.0 mm; 7/4.5 mm; 8/5.0 mm; 9/5.5 mm; 10/6.0 mm; 10.5/6.5 mm; 10.75/7.0 mm; 11/8.0 mm; 13/9.0 mm; and 15/10.0 mm.

Summary
For the price, I would have expected a steel template. Convenient, easy to store, take along and use. Filled an otherwise unmet need.
